We conclude that Peru as every country in South America has the most common such as extreme poverty problems, joblessness and illiteracy, which in one way or another relate to each other, and the government should implement many ways to contribute to progress of the country, plans to improve education from childhood, improving opportunities for people with micro, should invest in other options for development.
